Turn south (away from the mountains) toward Mechanicsburg. Continue until intersecting with Main Street in Mechanicsburg at stop light. Turn left and continue to next light. Turn right back onto Market Street. Continue through next light. Keller Street is the next intersection - St. Luke's is the gray limestone church on the left far corner.

From I-81 ... Exit off at the Rt. 114 Mechanicsburg Exit. Turn south (away from the mountains) toward Mechanicsburg. Continue past shopping plaza and several lights until intersecting with Main Street in Mechanicsburg at stop light. Turn left and continue to next light. Turn right back onto Market Street.
