Meet our amazing workshop presenters:

The Rev. Canon Dan Morrow, Canon for Parish Life Mission served St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Oregon City, Oregon, a church that has seen rapid growth and development, nearly doubling in size over the last 5 years. In addition to parish work, he has served at General Convention, on non-profit executive boards, and as convocation dean. He teaches at the College for Congregational Development and is a Missional Leadership Fellow of Luther Seminary. Dan is passionate about community and congregational development, missional engagement, and the Jesus movement that calls us to reconciling work.

Jason Lewis, Certified Fund Raising Executive & Association of Fundraising Professional Master Trainer, is the managing partner of Better Schools LLC, an Austin-based firm partnering with private and independent schools throughout the United States. In addition to this role, Jason owns Lewis Fundraising, a company he founded and currently operates. Jason serves as fundraising counsel and professional solicitor for a growing network of Eastern and Central Pennsylvania non-profit organizations. Jason is currently touring the United States presenting The Contrarian’s Guide to Effective Fundraising to non-profit audiences. His first book, The War for Fundraising Talent, will be released in late 2017.

Canon Chad Linder currently serves at the Canon of Finance and Operations with the Episcopal Diocese of Central Pennsylvania. In this role, Chad is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations of the Diocese. He also oversees building and grounds along with all aspects of Information Technology. After graduating York College of Pennsylvania in 1992, Chad spent over 11 years at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor where he co-managed over $100 million in assets for individuals, corporations and not-for-profits clients. In 2003, Chad moved into the not-for-profit sector where responsibilities included fundraising, marketing, grant management as well as corporate, government and community relations. Chad is a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church, York.

Church Pension Group: Jeff Hamilton
Following several years of service in marketing and sales capacities with Church Publishing and Morehouse Publishing, Jeff transitioned to Church Pension Group’s (CPG) Integrated Benefits Account Management Services (IBAMS) team in 2015. With over 16 years of experience developing relationships and delivering education across the Episcopal Church, Jeff is pleased to provide account management services to the dioceses of the mid-Atlantic region and more.

Terri Mumper Is and has been serving as Parish Administrator for St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Lewisburg for 17 years.  Originally from Carlisle, Pa, she and her husband, John, pastored for twenty-two years in Lewisburg, PA.  She has three sons, one ‘fur baby’, five grandchildren, and two grand puppies. Her passion is efficient, effective work that meets the needs of the rector and parish while making the most of limited resources and time.


Canon Alexis Guszick joined the Episcopal Diocese of Central Pennsylvania as the Canon for Communications and Events after working as the Administrator of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Cathedral for over five years. Prior to working at St. Stephen’s, Alexis held positions in corporate advertising, marketing and public relations. After graduating with a B.S. in Psychobiology/Pre-Medicine from Lebanon Valley College in May of 2016, she made the decision to place medical school on hold and chose to remain in Communications. She enjoys spending time with her family and giant dog, Chloe. Alexis is a member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Cathedral.

Canon Harrigan is currently appointed to the Standing Commission for Small Churches, of which she is vice-chair. She was elected to the board of the Association for Episcopal Deacons and is a member of the Vocational Committee for Life Long Formation. Kate is currently rector of St. Paul’s in Harrisburg. She is the Chaplain at St. Stephen’s Episcopal School and continues to teach in the Stevenson School for Ministry. Her creative modules for Discernment, Meeting God’s Call are a spiritual must have for every congregation.
